About This Journal
Servant Leadership: Theory & Practice (SLTP) is an open access, peer-reviewed publication of the D. Abbott Turner College of Business at Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia that is published bi-annually (Summer, Winter) with the first issue released in August 2014.
SLTP’s mission is to advance servant leadership, both as a field of academic study and as a management practice. We advance servant leadership by publishing quality empirical and theoretical work in the field as well as practitioner-centered work concerning the practical application of servant leadership principles. Submissions concerning fields related to servant leadership are welcome.
